01 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "jl1" / "jl1 Casino" / "the Platform" refers to the online gaming platform operated at jl1.asia and all associated services, games, and features.
• "Player" / "User" / "You" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the jl1 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created on jl1.asia.
• "Balance" refers to the total of real-money funds held in a player's jl1 account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits, free spins, or other non-cash incentives credited to a player's account under a specific promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be bet before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body overseeing gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "Services" refers collectively to all games, betting markets, promotions, customer support, and other features available through jl1.asia.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing jl1.asia, creating an account, or using any of the Services offered by jl1 Casino, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the jl1 platform and close your account if one has been created.

jl1 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

03 Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to and use of jl1 Casino is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine gaming regulations administered by PAGCOR.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal at the time of play.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or officer of jl1 Casino, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by jl1 or any PAGCOR-affiliated program.

jl1 Casino reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (SSS, GSIS, PhilHealth, Postal ID, Driver's License, or Passport). Accounts found to be held by individuals under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and deposits returned at jl1's sole discretion.

04 Account Registration

To access real-money games and services on jl1, you must create a registered account. The following conditions apply to account registration:

• Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on jl1.asia. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact number or email address.
• You are responsible for ensuring that all account information remains accurate and up to date. jl1 must be notified promptly of any changes to your registered details.
• jl1 reserves the right to verify the identity of any player at any time and to request supporting documentation as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) process.
• Accounts created using false, misleading, or incomplete information may be suspended or permanently closed, and any associated balances may be forfeited.

Account registration is free of charge. jl1 does not charge any fees for creating or maintaining a player account under normal circumstances.

05 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jl1 account credentials, including your username and password. The following security obligations apply to all registered players:

• You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• You must not allow any other person to access or use your jl1 account.
• You must notify jl1 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or if your credentials have been compromised.
• jl1 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) or OTP verification where available.
• jl1 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access where the player has failed to maintain adequate security of their credentials.

jl1 Casino will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from jl1 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

06 Deposits & Payments

jl1 Casino accepts deposits via the following payment methods, which are available to Philippine-based players:

• GCash e-wallet
• Maya (PayMaya) e-wallet
• Bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank
• Philippine-issued debit cards

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may vary depending on the payment method selected and the player's account verification status. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the same name as the jl1 player account.

All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jl1 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. jl1 is not responsible for fees imposed by third-party payment processors.

jl1 reserves the right to conduct anti-money laundering (AML) checks on deposits and to request supporting documentation for transactions that trigger compliance thresholds. Deposits that cannot be verified may be held pending investigation.

07 Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawals of their real-money balance subject to the following conditions:

• The player's account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, or to a verified payment account registered in the player's name.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day may apply depending on account tier and payment method.
• Any active wagering requirements on bonus funds must be fully satisfied before the associated funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• jl1 reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal request.

jl1 aims to process withdrawal requests promptly. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the outcome of any required verification checks. GCash and Maya withdrawals are generally processed faster than bank transfers.

jl1 reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

08 Bonuses & Promotions

jl1 Casino offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. jl1 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion's terms.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds. Real-money funds are used first in gameplay unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• jl1 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using automated betting strategies to meet wagering requirements, or colluding with other players — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.

09 Gameplay Rules

All games available on jl1 Casino are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. The following general gameplay conditions apply across all jl1 games:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical outcome of real-time game events.
• Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing wagers. jl1 is not liable for losses resulting from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay, jl1 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. Winnings generated during a confirmed malfunction may be voided.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and may vary by game type, table, and account tier.
• jl1 reserves the right to void bets placed in error or as a result of a system error, pricing error, or any other technical fault.

For sports betting markets, jl1 follows standard industry settlement rules. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event, jl1's decision — made in good faith based on available official results — shall be final.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the jl1 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Creating or operating more than one jl1 account, whether under the same or different identities.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during account use.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with jl1 games or services.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in jl1's platform. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to jl1 support immediately.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the jl1 platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of jl1's software, games, or platform infrastructure.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jl1 staff, support agents, or other players.

jl1 employs fraud detection systems and cooperates fully with PAGCOR and Philippine law enforcement authorities in the investigation of suspected illegal activity.

11 Responsible Gaming

jl1 Casino is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gambling activity. We recognize that gambling can become harmful for some individuals, and we take our duty of care seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all jl1 players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration alerts to be notified when they have been playing for a specified period.

12 Intellectual Property

All content available on jl1.asia, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the platform, is the exclusive intellectual property of jl1 Casino or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jl1 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any jl1 content without prior written authorization.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on jl1 content.
• Use jl1 trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner without express written consent.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the jl1 platform.

Any unauthorized use of jl1's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by jl1 Casino.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jl1 Casino shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the jl1 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity on the platform.
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of services due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond jl1's reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
• Errors or inaccuracies in game content, odds, or promotional materials that are corrected promptly upon discovery.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on jl1.asia.

jl1's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit jl1's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

14 Termination & Account Closure

Either party may terminate the player's jl1 account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Player-initiated closure: Players may request account closure at any time by contacting jl1 support. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method after deducting any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements.
• jl1-initiated closure: jl1 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the event of a breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification, or for any other reason at jl1's sole discretion.

Upon account closure, all bonus funds, free spins, and promotional credits are immediately forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements and the absence of any pending investigations.

jl1 reserves the right to retain account records for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR requirements.

15 Amendments to These Terms

jl1 Casino reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jl1 will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect, where reasonably practicable.

The most current version of these Terms & Conditions will always be available at jl1.asia/terms-conditions. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these terms regularly.

Your continued use of the jl1 platform following the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure.

16 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the jl1 platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts.

Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately addressed by jl1's internal resolution process may escalate the matter to PAGCOR, the relevant regulatory authority for online gaming operations in the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent jl1 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
